“Othello, played by Olalekan Lewal jnr., was a strong performance with great physical presence“ “Iago is the biggest part in all Shakespeare‘s plays. Andrew Goy as the evil plotter gives us the lot, with confidence. He was wonderfully shifty and scheming.” “Elaine Tate as Emilia was excellent as was Andy Cooper as the much wronged Cassio“ “Powerful, strong and heart rending…Hazel Gardner as Desdemona looked perfect.“ “Excellent” “Paul Hart directs with great authority”. “Tremendous” “Spectacular”

A fantastic production of one of the funniest plays ever written. Still original in concept 2,500 years after being written it is a satirical look at our education system, our politicians, the media and many more aspects of the crazy world we live in. Littered with fantastic one liners, memorable music and an amazingly engaging script, its sure to supply an unforgettable evening.

The three main leads are played by Andrew Goy, Paul Hart and Adam Pilcher whom Matthew Tucker took over from when the production toured. Grace French and George Chilcott also had key roles not forgetting guest appearances for the part of ‘Right’.
